About Us
NORC is honored to lead the Central Comprehensive Center, which operates as part of the Comprehensive Centers Program (CCNetwork) and is funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
Our services are tailored to state education agency needs and priorities and focus on building capacity in four dimensions—human, organizational, policy, and resource—ultimately strengthening individual and systemwide abilities to engage in continuous improvement and achieve intended outcomes.
We bring strong technical assistance skills, deep knowledge of the area, and extensive understanding of evidence-based practices to provide intensive capacity-building services.
Beyond our work in each state, we expect to share insights and lessons learned to help states across the nation improve.
This website currently offers an introduction to the Central Comprehensive Center. It will soon expand to include more project information as well as announcements, news, and resources from across the region.
